MY NEW TOY!

 Busy weekend! – Friday night we drove to Middleburg to play at Riverside Estate, wow the venue is huge! Had a great set, but the DJ box is way to faraway from the crowd! Then on Saturday night we headed for Carltonville for a short notice gig! My GPS couldn't find Carltonville!! How weird is that! Set went well! It was pumping!

Hey did you see the Monaco GP, must of been one of the best races this year! Except for my man Kimi losing his engine!

THE STATE OF TRANCE

Hiya

It's been a very busy week in the comments section. I thank you! It's always good to share your view, as long as it's done with respect for everyone!

I am not going to go deep into this issues as I would rather talk about it directly with someone, I am not a fan of the written word! So I invite you if you would like to chat about it to call me in my office on 011 326 4043.

Here are a few thoughts of mine.

• We live in South Africa, not the USA or Europe
• We don't have the market size
• We don't have enough outlets for Trance on radio
• We don't have enough venues that play Trance
• We don't have enough support from Trance fans
• We do have very talented DJ but not enough producers
• Trance is evolving and that's exciting

WHAT A WEEKEND!

Hiya

Great weekend my side! Hope yours was fantastic!

Friday night was my monthly Hard Trance Set at Evolution. Loved it! My flow was spot on and the crowd were really up for it!

Saturday night play at Stones n Ruimsig for the first time! Wow what a venue and a crowd that really love their trance, it was a pleasure!

Working on the Podcast Xtra, looking at putting it up on 19 May.

My World Of Dance Classix CD should be released on Monday 15 May, I will let you know!
